There aren’t many questions I haven’t heard!
Here are the most common questions.

What if I don't like the colour?

You are very much involved in choosing the colour, I help and guide you, but ultimately, you pick your colour. I generally only show you a few colours as I will already have narrowed down your selection to make it easier.

How do I choose the shape?

I measure and follow your natural shape as much as possible, then draw them in using pencil, but again, you have the final say and can make any changes you want until you are happy with the shape template.

Does it hurt?

I use topical anaesthetic to keep you comfortable, at the most it might feel a bit scratchy. It’s no worse than threading, tweezing or waxing.

How long does it last?

You should refresh the colour on a roughly annual basis, anything between 9 and 18 months. After 18 months it will be regarded as a new treatment not a top up.

How long does it take to get done?

Depending on your chosen treatment, your initial session will be between one and a half and two hours, your top up 4-6 weeks later takes about an hour.

I've had them done elsewhere, can you do my top up?

I normally recommend going back to your original artist as they will know your colour for top up, but if that’s not an option I will certainly take a look at consultation to see what I can do. Cost will be determined at consultation.

I've had them done elsewhere and don't like them, can you fix them?

There are certainly options I can offer, Saline reduction, full cover powder brows, colour correction, etc, however, correction work can be lengthy as multiple treatments may be needed. This will reflect on the cost.

I'm on medication, can I still have it done?

There are a few medications which will not allow treatment, warfarin, insulin, for example. During your consultation we will go over your health and medical history to assess suitability.
